Paschalis Ntatsos (The Founder)

 
 
Paschalis Ntatsos is the Founder and Head Coach of ElitSwim Club (ELIT), located in San Ramon, California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Sports Science (BSS) and is an American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) Level 5 Senior International coach. Paschalis has a diverse background in swimming and coaching, which allows him to cater to swimmers of all levels, from beginners to elite international-level athletes.
 
In 2013, Paschalis founded ElitSwim LLC (DBA ElitSwim), a company offering swimming lessons for residents of San Ramon. The program, which includes both group and private lessons for infants to adults, has been recognized as the "Best Learn to Swim Lessons" program in the area. Paschalis successfully completed a 5-year contract with the City of San Ramon, receiving high ratings for customer satisfaction and service quality. The contract has been re-awarded for 2023-2027. ElitSwim currently employs up to 50 swim instructors.
 
As the Head Coach of ElitSwim LLC, Paschalis leads the ElitSwim pre-competitive swim team. He prepares swimmers aged 6 to 18 for year-round competitions and adult participants looking to improve their swimming skills and efficiency. Paschalis also organizes swim clinics for triathletes in the Bay Area, providing advanced technical, physical, and mental training in swimming. His main goal is to create a healthy and lifelong experience through the sport of swimming while preparing swimmers for high school swim and water polo seasons and competitive teams.
 
Before establishing ElitSwim, Paschalis owned and served as the Head Coach of AquaExcellence, a seasonal introductory program focused on advanced swimming technique training for age groups under 14. He also worked as an Age Group Coach for a local USA Swim Club, coaching advanced swimmers and achieving success at the state and national level age groups.
 
Paschalis gained international coaching experience as an Elite Level Swim Coach in Athens, Greece, partnering with Zoltan Kollar, a renowned Hungarian coach. During his time in Greece, he served as the Head Coach of Panellinios Athletic Club, overseeing the training plan for over 600 swimmers and training other coaches. He achieved significant accomplishments, including first-place team standings in the National Championship and the team's victory in the 12-18-year-old age group. Paschalis also worked as a Strength & Conditioning Trainer at the Hellenic Police Officer Academy and served as a Professor of Swimming Practice and Theory at a private institution of education in Athens.
 
In addition to his coaching experience, Paschalis has an impressive swimming career. He was a member of the Greek National team for 23 years, winning multiple national gold medals and setting national records in the 100m Free and 200m Free Seniors events. He also participated in prestigious international events such as the World Championship and the Olympic Games Torch Relay.
